As the recognized leader for commercial real estate, NAIOP furthers the industry’s public policy agenda by actively working with elected officials on legislative issues affecting its welfare. Through the efforts of our dedicated Government Affairs staff, and the strength of NAIOP’s Political Action Committee (NAIOP-PAC), we have successfully organized NAIOP’s representation on Capitol Hill and before federal regulatory agencies, making it a powerful voice for commercial real estate.
